Peak performance brainstorming between Adam Carpenter and our team led to one focused idea which led to inspired action which set the course for our July 2024 mission at the Corrales Group. We met Adam a few years back on a difficult escrow and sale that concluded with great success. Throughout, he showed some his many exceptional qualities. Among them was keeping all calm, instilling confidence and providing insight to all involved in a situation that was beyond anyone's control. Traits like this aren't a given, it's learned. Adam played Division 1 football as a linebacker at Samford University which teaches outstanding instinct to read key plays, to play with speed and to track down the ball. The linebacker is especially key on 3rd down where getting the ball back is crucial. When we had the opportunity to bring him on board, the entire team gave a resounding "Of course we want him!" Adam’s collaborative approach and commitment to trust and transparency in his residential and commercial real estate resume showcases what the clients see and their desire to work with him. His ability to bridge connections from the Pacific Palisades to the Palos Verdes Peninsula highlights his consistency. Adam's Southern hospitality, rooted in his Nashville origins, adds a warm touch to his approach. "AC" as we call him has over $50MM in recent sales. AC has 2 amazing kids, Cricket (5) and Holden (2).
